We will show appreciation for the referees.
-
We will treat the club’s premises with respect and we will not litter. This regards the fields, changing rooms and club house. We clean up after ourselves.
-
We will treat the club’s materials with respect and take good care of them.
-
We will not take part in any sort of violence on or off the pitch. This includes both physical and verbal abuse.

Smoking and drug use on the premises of the club is not permitted, we will only consume alcohol on the club grounds which is purchased at the clubhouse. We will not accept nor stimulate the use of alcohol by underage members.
-
As is common for student and volunteer run clubs across The Netherlands, each HVV FF member has to referee at least one HVV FF game per year.
-
If you find any situation of misconduct, you feel abused or treated badly, unwelcome or harmed, you can and are recommended to reach out to the board or the trust persons. They are here to help you!

If everyone holds up to these behavioral rules we will all enjoy football at a beautiful and fun club.
Confidential contact person (VCP)
What is a VCP?
VCP is a Dutch abbreviation and is short for “vertrouwenscontactpersoon”. In English, this is usually translated as “confidential advisor”. A confidential advisor is someone you can get in touch with when you would like to discuss any type of unwanted or unacceptable behaviour that you’ve experienced or witnessed at the club. This behaviour includes but is not limited to discrimination, bullying, harassment, and other threatening or intimidating situations. This type of behaviour has no place at our club, and the VCPs can help create a confidential environment for you to discuss the situation.
At its core, the role of the VCP is to help club members who have experienced a situation as described above to discuss this and work out next steps. Key here is that the person approaching the VCP has full authority to decide what is discussed and what steps are actually taken. The VCPs are here to advise and provide a safe environment, but cannot and will not act without your explicit consent. Everything you discuss with them is entirely confidential.
Who are our VCPs?
In the 2024/25 season, the HVV Football Factory VCPs are Mieke Francke and Twan van der Togt. You can contact them by email (miekefran@gmail com , tvdtogt04@gmail.com) and by Whatsapp (Mieke: +31 6 22797183, Twan: +31 6 10907597). Feel free to contact either one or both of them for anything you want to discuss related to the above.
